At Ecosse Bespoke we manage the complete process for you from initial design right through to installation, keeping you informed of progress at each stage.
1
Initial Meeting
At this initial meeting, we visit your home or premises to assess at first hand what your requirements are. We may also propose some ideas of our own. We will also discuss timescales and budget.
2
Choices
At this meeting, we can also discuss the best choice of wood and finish for your project. We use modern materials and a variety of woods, including hard, soft and tropical woods. We can help you decide which wood will work best for your project, and how we can bring out the beauty of the wood. We will also discuss the finish for your product. This might be stain, lacquer, French polish, paint, wax, oil or varnish.
3
Design & Estimate
The next stage is to take your brief and turn it into a drawing. Then you can see in detail how the finished piece will look, and consider any changes you may want to make. We will also provide an estimate of cost. The cost will include the design, manufacture, materials, transport and installation.
4
Installation
The final stage is installation when we come to your home or premises to install the finished work. This is done with care and at a time convenient to you. We can also advise on upkeep and maintenance if required.
5
Aftercare
Furniture and fittings manufactured by Ecosse Bespoke are designed to last a lifetime. However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we will return to rectify the problem as part of the service, and at no additional cost (providing that the product we made has been well looked after and used for the purpose it was originally planned for).
